Nico opened Nova Umbra in Città della Pieve because he was convinced of one simple thing: anyone with the technical skills can fix a car. What makes the difference is how the person who brings you their car is looked after.
He personally handles the initial assessment, the paperwork with the insurance companies and the handover of the vehicle. He is the direct contact for every customer: no being passed from hand to hand, no bouncing between offices.
Over time he has specialised the workshop in full accident claim management — completing the European Accident Statement (CAI/CID), coordinating with the insurer, legal assistance when needed — and in the auto glass centre with ADAS calibration, where precise work makes all the difference to the safety of the driver.
